Where will my test be performed?
Your sample will be analysed in one of our two facilities, in Greece or Switzerland. We are unable to tell you where your test will be processed. Our laboratories work to the highest standards and process tests in exactly the same way to ensure their validity.
What is your refund policy?
We aim to provide the best customer service possible throughout the test process. If you are unhappy with the service or results you have received, please contact us directly at email@example.com and we will discuss a re-test or refund with you directly.
How do I place an order with you?
The best way to place and track your order is online. Just head over to our shop to start the process. Do I need to send you a sample?
Yes. Before you place your order with us, you will need to download, print and complete a test order form. Once you’ve completed this, place this and your product sample into an appropriate parcel – we recommend wrapping your sample in protective packaging to protect it from any potential damage. Seal your parcel, fill out the shipping label (be sure to include your order number) and place this on the front.
How much does it cost to ship my product to you?
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Please liaise with your preferred delivery company to get a quote.
Where do I send my products?
A shipping label is included in the test order form. If you have misplaced your form, you can download a new one by visiting the individual test pages or send your parcel to Wel-Screen (Wel-Q), Industrial Area of Florina, Florina, GR 53100, Greece. Please include your order number (you can find this on your confirmation email), name and address.
Can you test any product?

How do you send my test results?
We will send a detailed report to the registered email address provided.
How long does it take to receive my test results?
Wel-Screen offers a range of completely customised services that are tailored to your specific requirements. Once you have placed your order with us, we will contact you directly to provide an estimated delivery schedule and keep you updated throughout the process.
What happens if I don’t receive my test results?
If your results have not arrived within 10 working days of Wel-Screen receiving your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I don’t understand the test results?
We aim to make our reports as clear and easy to understand as possible. However, if there is anything contained within the report you don’t understand or that concerns you, please contact us at email@example.com and our experts will answer your questions.
How do I cancel my test?
You have up to 72 hours to cancel your order with us. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name and address and reason for cancelling and we will refund you within 5 working days.
I’m not happy with my test results. What do I do?

When will my credit card be charged?
You will be charged as soon as your order has been accepted and processed.
Can I remove my saved payment method?
Yes, simply login to your customer account and make the change there. If you need help with this, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Do you test on animals?
No. We at Wel-Screen are committed to being cruelty free: this means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development and only work with third-party suppliers or vendors who share our values.
